Ultramarines Captain Cato Sicarius is considered to be amongst the greatest heroes of the Space Marines. A Master of lightning assault, Sicarius is able to appraise whatever situation he may face, and launch decisive perectly timed attacks - other Space Marine Chapters are left in awe of his tactical genius, and have used examples of his work as guidelines for future manouvers.

Sicarius is not only a tactician though, he often chooses to personally lead during the most ambitious assaults from the front, with his Tempest Blade making short work of whatever foes he may face.
