Mythological creatures with superhuman strength, the Nisses are descended from domesticated elves. The Panoceanian Nisses have evolved to become battle-hardened members of the Tactical Assault Group of Svalarheima - they have been tasked with the defence of Advanced Force operations, and specialise in cold-weather climates.
