With a deep-rooted sense of noble warrior tradition, Yu Jing commanders only value their frontline troops - therefore, the evacuation, medical, and maintenance services have been integrated into one single under-resourced unit - the Tokusetsu Butai.

With limited budgets and resources, and a lack of interest from their own officers, the Eisei and Kohei have to engage in superhuman efforts to keep the Yu Jing forces at full capacity. Nevertheless, they are always willing to carry-out their duty, because the steely spirit of the Tukusetsu has been forged in the toughest of battle situations.
