Chaos Lord On Manticore

Manticores are berserk killers, monstrous beasts that have the body of a lion, its mouth full with three rows of razor sharp teeth, bat-like wings giving it flight and a poisonous stinger for a tail. These nightmare creature swoops across the battlefield causing death and mayhem in its wake and fear in the bravest of men. Riding a top of this fiend is either a Chaos Lord or Chaos Sorceror. Somehow able to tame such a beast, they fly across the skies, leading their forces in to battle. The Chaos Lord carries either a Daemon Blade or a Chaos Flail in one hand and a Chaos Lance in the other, or instead look to guard against enemy attacks and carry either a Chaos Runeshield or a Daggerfist instead of the lance. The Chaos Sorcerer carries a Sorcerous Reaping Staff in to the fray, these mighty champions ride atop the Manticore as a true follower to Chaos as the fearsome monster disembowels its victims with its claws, Jaws and its lashing tail.

This box set contains one highly detailed plastic miniature of a Chaos Lord on Manticore. A fine addition to the ranks of the Slave to Darkness.
